Thoughtfully integrated into the Mediterranean terrain, the single-story stone volumes trace the gentle natural slope, framed by lush gardens of native Cretan flora, natural stone pathways, and tactile, organic textures. At the core of the outdoor living experience lies the private swimming pool, complemented by shaded lounge areas and an al fresco dining setup, all oriented toward sweeping, unobstructed views of the sea and the coastline.
The interior design embraces a refined minimal aesthetic defined by warm earth tones, exposed local stonework, and expansive floor-to-ceiling glass that blurs the boundaries between inside and out. Functionally organized in a distinct L-shaped configuration, the villa naturally separates social spaces from private quarters.
