RESIDENCE IN SELI
The residence in Seli – Municipality of Platanias is seated on a plot with an intense grand relief, where we create a section in order to incorporate a ground floor residence. The views from the terrain expand to the north-east, beginning from the gulf of Maleme and continuing to the town of Chania.
The dwelling consists of three bedrooms, two living rooms and a kitchen. The design we applied offers a direct access to all of the house’s functions and at the same time creates a connection between the indoor and the outdoor spaces. This feeling of connection becomes even more perceptible through the design of a swimming pool which comes in touch with the building in the area of the living room.
Finally, according to the use of each space, we create a strict framing of the views from the inside. This way we provide relaxing spaces that also offer a sense of safety and warmth.
